SquishyPop Returns & Refunds — Our 30-Day Guarantee
We want you (and your kids) to love your squishies. If you're not happy with your order, you can return any unused item within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
How it works:
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- To start a return, contact us through the Contact page on getsquishypop.com or at jesseso1204@gmail.com with your order number, and we'll send you the return instructions.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer, EXCEPT when an item arrives damaged or defective — in that case we cover the return shipping and offer a replacement or a full refund.
- Damaged or defective items: contact us within 30 days of delivery and include a photo of the issue so we can make it right quickly.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return (or, for damaged/defective items, after approval when no return is required).
Mystery products follow the same guarantee: unopened mystery items can be returned like any other product.
